The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our high-performing Perth DFO Outlet.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, supporting and developing your team, and delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience. Working closely with your Store Manager, you’ll help elevate performance while maintaining the premium standards synonymous with Oroton.
Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your team to become confident Oroton brand ambassadors while fostering a positive store culture
- Support daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and performance management
- Drive sales performance, achieving targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver elevated visual merchandising and promotional execution in partnership with the VM team
- Collaborate with regional, state and national leaders to implement store strategies and drive performance
What You Bring
- Proven retail leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong clienteling skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- A natural eye for styling and passion for luxury product
- Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
- Confidence delivering visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
- A positive, energetic attitude that inspires and motivates your team
