We are seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join our growing team in Norwest. Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain Employment Hero as the single source of truth for all employee records, onboarding workflows, and compliance tracking
  • Prepare employment documentation including contracts, variations, and letters of offer to a consistently high standard
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration across direct-to-market and agency channels, including advertising, applicant management, interview scheduling, and issuing contracts
  • Deliver a structured, welcoming onboarding experience for every new starter
  • Own all L&D coordination including LMS administration, scheduling, and completion tracking for mandatory and elective training
  • Research and source training solutions in response to organisational and divisional needs
  • Coordinate and support the planning and delivery of culture initiatives, engagement programs, and staff events
  • Administer engagement surveys, track action plans, and coordinate People and Culture  communications
  • Maintain the policy library, workforce records, and provide basic reporting on headcount, turnover, and training completion

Selection Criteria:

  • 2+ years in an HR coordination, HR administration, or people operations role
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Genuine,hands-on HRIS experience, preferably Employment Hero
  • Demonstrated involvement in L&D coordination and/or staff engagement
  • Familiarity with Australian employment legislation, the Fair Work Act, and the National Employment Standards
  • High level of attention to detail and a genuine commitment to accuracy
  • Warm, outgoing and approachable, with the ability to build genuine and trusted relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and open to using technology to work smarter without compromising on quality and accuracy.
