What are we looking for?

At ORDE, we are looking for a Settlements Officer. The key accountabilities of this role would be to:

  • Prepare mortgage documentation and instruct panel solicitors in line with established processes.
  • Actively manage your pipeline, ensuring timely progression, proactive follow-up and clear communication of status.
  • Liaise with brokers, banks and solicitors to facilitate a smooth and efficient settlement process.
  • Book and arrange settlements, whether electronically or as otherwise required in each state.
  • Deliver a high-quality customer and broker experience through clear, timely and professional communication.
  • Own the accurate and timely progression of files through to settlement, ensuring all requirements are met in line with internal controls and service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to ongoing enhancements in settlements workflows.
