Your Role: Senior Events Coordinator
As a key player in our events team, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire small teams to deliver flawless events.
- Own the end-to-end planning process, from concept to execution.
- Bring wedding & events expertise and styling finesse to life for our clients.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations with confidence.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure every detail shines.
- Be committed to working flexibly – including one weekend day per week – to make magic happen.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in event coordination, ideally in hospitality or weddings.
- Proven leadership or team management experience.
- A strong track record in event sales and conversions.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience and knowledge of industry trends (desirable).
