The Opportunity

We are looking for a well versed Finance Assistant to provide support to the Finance Team across accounts payable, receivable and general finance administration. You will assist with accurate and timely transaction processing and provide support during busy periods.

The role is fixed-term (until 30th November 2026 with possibly of ongoing), part-time 22.8 hours per week (how that’s split during the week can be discussed) and onsite.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Process supplier invoices in a timely manner
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Follow up outstanding invoices inline with credit terms
  • Maintain customer master data and support customer enquiries
  • Stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
  • Support with record keeping for audit and compliance
  • Assist with month end administrative tasks

To Succeed

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a finance assistant, accounts or admin role
  • Have an understanding of accounts payable and receivable
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and other Office tools
  • Comfortably communicate with stakeholders
  • Experience using ERP or accounting systems (desirable)
  • Currently studying or completed a qualification in accounting, finance or business (desirable)
