We’re looking for a Senior Financial Accountant who thrives on accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement — and is ready to make a real impact.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS: This isn’t just reporting — it’s influence. You’ll be a key member of the Financial Control team, working closely with leaders across the business and contributing to high-quality financial insights, strong governance, and ongoing system improvements. You’ll have the space to lead, improve, and shape how things are done.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE:

·Leading monthly management reporting and supporting Board reporting

·Assisting with annual statutory reporting and external audits

·Overseeing revenue, expenses, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations

·Managing cash flow reporting and forecasting

·Ensuring compliance with IFRS and tax obligations (GST, income tax, employment taxes)

·Strengthening financial controls, policies, and procedures

·Supporting ERP improvements and finance projects

ABOUT YOU:

·CPA or CA qualified (or working towards)

·3+ years’ experience in a commercial accounting role

·Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS)

·Experience with ERP systems (TechOne or similar highly regarded)

·Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

·Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

·Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support

·Unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

·Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
