The Opportunity
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is hands-on and varied, with responsibilities ranging from cleaning and preparing returned rental equipment, to picking and packing customer orders, and assisting with deliveries. If you enjoy being part of a supportive team and take pride in keeping things organised, this role could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do
• Clean, inspect, and prepare returned rental equipment, ensuring it meets strict safety and quality standards
• Pick, pack, and assemble customer orders accurately and on time
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading and occasionally support on-site equipment setup
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and well-organised
• Follow WHS guidelines and use PPE correctly
• Support stock handling and basic inventory control
• Carry out general duties as directed by the Transport and Service Manager
What We’re Looking For
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock
• Organisational skills and ability to meet delivery schedules
• Able to safely lift and move equipment up to 20kg as part of the role
• Basic technical/problem-solving skills (equipment setup support)
• Awareness of Workplace Health & Safety requirements
• Positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Team player who’s reliable and proactive
• Basic computer literacy
