Portfolio Capability Management:
- Define and maintain a market centric portfolio capability and strategy to deliver on market needs or create market opportunities.
- Build Novigi’s Data Advisory capabilities with offerings such as Data Strategy and Data Operating Model Design and reshape our Implementation offerings such as data management platforms and data migration by utilising AI
- Act as our primary SME for Data Management Platforms. Challenge our status quo DMP technology stack and objectively introduce fit for purpose technologies
P&L accountability for the data solutions capability within the broader Data & AI team:
- Define and manage the data solutions capability including standardisation of methodologies, tooling, processes, knowledge.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the portfolio
Client Project Delivery:
- Oversee the data management activities on project teams to ensure that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Perform data management activities on projects to ensure quality and as per role utilisation target.
- Support the client management and delivery to client with strong communication sand stakeholder management skills.
- Client Relationship & Business Development
- Act as a point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support the Growth team with presales/ business development opportunities through client pitches.
- Play an active role in pre-sales to shape the deals by defining the value propositions and lead to the development of client proposals and SoWs as required, particularly in the definition of scope, deliverables, timelines and resource profiles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients regarding service updates, changes, and incidents.
People Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing portfolio, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent to ensure the team has the skills and capabilities required to meet client needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
- Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
Resourcing and Utilisation:
- Work closely with the RRO and Growth teams to optimise resource utilisation.
- Achieve desired balance of billable and internal investment time.
- Use available reporting and relationships with growth colleagues to anticipate and recommend future resource requirements.
- Ensure role allocations are consider resource development requirements and budget requirements.
Education and Experience:
- Qualifications in a relevant field e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- >10 years of experience in data management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or portfolio management role.
- Experience in technology SDLC and delivery practices
- >5 years’ experience in consulting industry
- Certifications such as DAMA CDMP, TOGAF, or PMP will be highly regarded.
- Preferably a background/ experience in the Financial Services Industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated business acumen in order to create value for both clients and Novigi through high quality, commercially viable solutions
- Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
