  • Preparation and delivery of regular performance reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Identification, tracking and resolution of contract performance issues, including SLA breaches, in collaboration with Delivery teams.
  • Risk identification and management in relation to contract commitments, with timely escalation and mitigation planning.
  • Facilitation of contract review meetings, governance forums and client performance reviews.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management across client, delivery and leadership teams.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, registers and performance records.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract performance outcomes and service delivery quality.
  • Supporting the EGM Performance with insights, reporting and escalations as required.

Skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law or a related field. Relevant financial services or contract management qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management, performance monitoring or a governance-focused role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex MSAs or multi-party service agreements, including SLA oversight and performance reporting.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly superannuation or funds management, is highly desirable.
  • Formal training or certification in contract management (e.g. IACCM/WorldCC) or project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of contract governance frameworks, SLA design and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex contractual terms and obligations in a practical operational context.
  • Experience producing executive-level reporting, performance dashboards and governance documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and manage relationships across client and delivery teams.
  • High level of commercial acumen and an understanding of risk management in a managed services context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
