Description:

The Contract & SLA Analyst will support the management and performance of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and client contracts. The role ensures that significant governance obligations, reporting requirements and Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments are met and exceeded. Working closely with Client and Delivery teams, the Contract & SLA Analyst supports the coordination of contract compliance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement across Novigi’s managed service engagements.

Responsibilities:

Working with Client and Delivery teams to monitor SLA performance and support compliance with contractual and governance requirements across complex MSA and client contracts.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Support contract performance monitoring, tracking SLA delivery, KPIs and reporting requirements across assigned agreements.
  • Contribute to governance framework management, maintaining and improving contract governance structures, cadences and escalation pathways.
  • Preparation and delivery of regular performance reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and track contract performance issues, including SLA breaches, and support resolution in collaboration with Delivery teams.
  • Assist in identifying contract-related risks and support escalation and mitigation activities.
  • Coordinate contract review meetings, governance forums and client performance reviews.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relationship management across client, delivery and leadership teams.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, registers and performance records.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract performance outcomes and service delivery quality.
  • Providing reporting and insights to support the EGM Performance and broader leadership team.

Skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law or a related field. Relevant financial services or contract management qualifications are highly regarded.
  • 3+ years experience, looking for someone to step up into broader contract accountability
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex MSAs or multi-party service agreements, including SLA oversight and performance reporting.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly superannuation or funds management, is highly desirable.
  • Formal training or certification in contract management (e.g. IACCM/WorldCC) or project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of contract governance frameworks, SLA design and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret contractual terms and apply them in an operational context, with support where required.
  • Experience preparing performance reports, dashboards and governance documentation for stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and manage relationships across client and delivery teams.
  • High level of commercial acumen and an understanding of risk management in a managed services context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
