With offices across the Top End, our work is grounded in cultural respect, community collaboration, and self-determination.

About the Role

We’re leading delivery of the Leaving Violence Program – Top End Regional Trial, a national initiative helping people safely leave violence through culturally grounded, practical support.

As a Case Worker, you will deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe case management and work alongside clients to develop safety plans, access financial assistance, and connect with community supports.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in culturally safe, trauma-informed service delivery.
  • Communication, advocacy, and mentoring skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or strong experience in social or community services.
  • Database management and Microsoft Office skills and experience.
  • Ability to undertake overnight travel to remote communities and manage competing priorities.
  • Current NT Driver Licence, WWCC, and clear Criminal History Check (or ability to obtain).
