At New Growth Care Group, we’re building something special. We’re a growing disability services provider that values clarity, accountability, and doing right by the people we support.

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts & Client Finance Officer to join our head office team and play a critical role in keeping our services running smoothly and sustainably.

💼 About the Role

This is a hands-on finance and client support role at the heart of our organisation.

You’ll manage service agreements, invoicing, NDIS claiming, accounts receivable and payable, and support participants and families with finance-related enquiries. You’ll work closely with operations, intake, and leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial systems.

This role suits someone who is detail-driven, confident with NDIS processes, and comfortable owning their space.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing NDIS service agreements and client onboarding documentation
  • Generating invoices and submitting NDIS claims (RAM, plan-managed, self-managed)
  • Monitoring funding limits, rejected claims, and unpaid invoices
  • Managing accounts receivable, debt follow-ups, and reconciliations
  • Processing supplier invoices, reimbursements, and contractor payments
  • Supporting audits, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Providing payroll backup support when required

🧠 What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in accounts, finance, or client coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in disability or community services (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of NDIS agreements, pricing, and claiming (desirable)
  • Confidence using systems like Xero, Lumary/Salesforce, RAM, and Microsoft 365
  • A calm, professional, and people-focused approach

Why New Growth?

  • A full-time, stable role with real responsibility
  • Supportive leadership and clear systems
  • A values-driven organisation that does things properly
  • Work that genuinely supports people and makes an impact
  • If you enjoy finance, structure, and being part of a team that cares about quality and compliance, we’d love to hear from you.
