The Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Wealth+ Tax Team Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. The Tax Assistant role is to ensure the integrity of the taxation information held within Wealth+ and to assist the team to oversee the production of the Wealth+ Annual Taxation Reports issued to clients.

What you will be doing

• Support the tax team in overseeing the accurate entry and reconciliation of data for recording trust and managed fund distribution income components.
• Assisting with Capital Gains Tax reporting to enable the production of monthly and annual reports to our network of advisers.
• Contribute to the reconciliation of managed fund and unlisted securities unit holding positions.
• Provide support to the Unlisted team during the tax reporting low volume periods.
• Develop tax expertise to assist the Tax Senior/Manager in advising internal staff, responding to adviser network queries, and supporting the processing of corporate actions and entitlements.
