The Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Tax Team Administration Assistant to join our Client Support Services (CSS) team on a temporary basis. This role provides support to the annual tax reporting process through the collation of incoming Annual Tax/Attribution Managed Fund Statements and assisting with entry of the data into the Wealth+ system.

What you will be doing

• Assisting the Tax team with the collation and organisation of Annual Tax statement information received on behalf of Wealth+ clients.
• Administering the tax control spreadsheet and updating information to assist with the allocation of daily work.
• Assisting Tax team members with the reconciliation of distribution income transactions.
• Performing high volume data entry of tax component data into the Wealth+ system.
• Corresponding with fund managers by email and telephone.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn the Wealth+ system and processes.
