Morgans’ is seeking an experienced and customer-focused ICT
Customer Support Officer to provide first and second-level support across
our organisation’s technology environment. This full-time, Brisbane based role
is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with a
variety of systems and applications, and delivering exceptional service to end
users.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Integration, Data & Applications, you will:
- Provide timely and effective support for incidents and service requests across business applications, hardware, software, operating systems, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex matters where required.
- Manage application support activities, including, system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and system reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation procedures, and user guides.
- Assist with technology projects, system implementations, and user training activities.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality ICT services.
- Contribute to quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology,
Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in an ICT support or service desk role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across a range of technologies and applications.
- Exposure to networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or infrastructure support.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems, business applications, and end-user devices.
- Experience using IRESS (IRESS Pro, IOSc, IOS+), FNZ, Salesforce, XPLAN, Business Central, Corporate Actions Power Apps, Retool, Trim, JAMS SQL, Snowflake, Power BI & Reporting Portal
- Experience in supporting Financial Services environment will be highly regarded.
