About the Role
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented administrator to join our team and provide critical support to our Commercial function. Offered as a traineeship, this role combines practical workplace experience with structured learning and development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested to kick start their career in administration, enjoys working with data, supporting customers, and contributing to a fast-paced commercial environment.
Reporting to the Commercial Support Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting our commercial operations, customer management processes, and online ordering platform. While this is a junior position, we are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative, and confidently manage their workload.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of the Max Stocks Online Ordering Portal.
- Support customer onboarding and account setup within the portal.
- Assisting with the management of contract customers
- Updating and maintaining customer pricing information
- Assisting with data integrity and maintaining accurate records
- Distributing promotional materials and communications
- Assisting with general commercial administration and ad hoc projects
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience (essential)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience working with online ordering systems, customer databases, CRM platforms, or commercial administration functions will be highly regarded.
