Trainer – High Risk Work & Safety Training
Location: Fyshwick, ACT

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer/Assessor to deliver nationally recognised training in the following areas:
• Work Safely at Heights (RIIWHS204E)
• Confined Space Entry (RIIWHS202E)
• Operate Elevating Work Platform (RIIHAN301E)
• Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck (TLILIC0003)
• Licence to Operate Boom-Type EWP (over 11m) (TLILIC0005)
About the Role
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant training and assessment to our clients. You will ensure learners gain the skills and knowledge required to work safely and effectively in high-risk environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions in accordance with RTO standards.
• Assess learner competency against relevant units of competency.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Ensure safety and compliance throughout all practical activities.
Essential Requirements
• Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Relevant licences and competency in the above training areas.
• Industry experience in high-risk work environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
• Previous experience delivering training in an RTO environment.
• Ability to work flexibly and travel if required.
