A bit about the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be supporting our global inventory operations- keeping data clean, stock moving, and our supply chain running smoothly. This role also services wholesale customer enquiries.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Keep our ERP data accurate and reliable by auditing inventory and fulfilment data across global warehouses and identifying discrepancies before they become problems.
- Support our wholesale customers with order processing, onboarding, and marketplace data maintenance across multiple B2B channels.
- Coordinate global inventory transfers and work closely with freight forwarders and 3PL partners to keep shipments on track and deliveries on time.
- Liaise with suppliers on production orders, track ETAs, and proactively follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Spot risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in the supply chain and bring solutions to the table- not just problems.
- Keep transfer orders, purchase orders, and inventory reconciliations up to date in support of our monthly S&OP process.
This is a part-time position spanning across 20-30 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, and we’re happy to work with you to find a rhythm that suits your availability. Our team works from home on Fridays, but is in the office for the remainder of the week. Our preference is for this position to work onsite at our Abbotsford office to maximise collaboration opportunities within our friendly, supportive team.
Let’s talk about you!
Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, strong MS Excel skills, and a proactive mindset. You’re someone who notices when something’s off, speaks up, and gets it sorted.
The kind of person who will thrive in this role will have:
-
Supply chain experience: Proven background in a supply chain, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management role, with a solid understanding of global logistics and freight forwarding.
-
Information & data management skills: Hands-on experience working with an ERP/WMS/Inventory system, with a strong focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity across complex operations.
-
MS Excel proficiency: Comfort working with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis to manage and interpret inventory data with confidence.
-
Logistics coordination experience: A track record of working with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and suppliers to manage shipments, track ETAs, and resolve delivery issues before they escalate.
-
Exposure to B2B / wholesale operations: Familiarity with wholesale order processing and customer support across multiple sales channels, and an understanding of what good B2B service looks like.
-
A proactive, solutions-first mindset: A natural tendency to independently identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and take action — not wait to be asked.
-
Strong communication skills: Confidence liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders, with the ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised in a part-time, fast-moving environment.
