ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, L’Occitane is looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Planner to join our team.
This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week after successfully completing the first 3 months in the role. Office-based days will be split between our Silverwater Warehouse (2 days per week) and North Sydney Office (1 day per week).
This role plays a key part in supporting the planning and replenishment functions across our retail, wholesale and commercial channels. You will be responsible for coordinating production and kitting activities, supporting stock optimisation across the network, and ensuring stores and customers are sufficiently stocked to meet sales demand and campaign activity.
This role is divided into 2 main parts:

Production Planning (50%): Forecast, lead and manage
the kitting/production activity for all channels and brands (Retail, Wholesale,
DJ, TVSN and B2B) to be deliver on time for customers and campaigns. This role involves different stakeholders (ie: Warehouse team, Commercial and Marketing teams) in the company to ensure deadline on stock availability, kitting materials and
components are met; and

Supply Chain Planning (50%): Support the Demand and
Supply Planning functions with end-of-life management and stock optimisation
across the network and be the backup for the Demand and Supply Planner and Replenishment
Planner.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Kitting/Production Planning
- Lead the kitting forecasting process for all L’Occitane Channels.
- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are aligned with demand and delivery deadline.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and logistics teams to maintain efficient workflow and resolve bottlenecks. Seek prioritisation when needs be.
- Monitor inventory levels and production performance, using data to adjust plans, reduce costs, and improve on-time delivery.
- Keep ERP (SAP) and Forecasting systems (FuturMaster) updated at all times.
Supply Chain Planning
- Support the D&SP function with SKUs end of life management.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to identify root causes of excess inventory, align stakeholders on corrective actions, and drive decisions to reduce overstocks (E&O meetings).
- Lead cross-functional projects to stock policies and allocate and distribute stock from the warehouse to stores based on demand forecasts, sales trends, and inventory targets to ensure optimal availability across all channels.
- Back up to the D&SP Planner and Replenishment Planner when on leave.
Social and Environmental
- Implement the company’s mission and integrate the social, environmental, economic and legal effects of their actions in their day-to-day job.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- At least 2 years’ experience in Supply chain planning
- Familiarity in PC applications, particularly in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Experience with CEGID, SAP and Future Master (desirable)
- Communication – Strong and good communication in order to influence and build good relationship with stakeholders.
- Planning & Prioritising – Strong ability to prioritise urgency and guide the weekly kitting meeting with different stakeholders.
- Achieving Results – Learning and able to be flexible to achieve objectives (agile).
- Attention to Detail – Organize into details and ability of changes/Flexibility.
- Able to respectfully give and receive constructive feedback.
