Le Mans Entertainment is Australia’s largest karting and entertainment venue. Located in Melbourne’s South-East on a 23 acre site, the facilities include 4 separate karting tracks, an EPIC new 18 Hole Mini Golf Course, Arcade, Beer Garden, Sports Bar, Laser Tag, and the world’s best free roam virtual reality Zero Latency.
We sell fun and excitement and have an exciting opportunity to join the heart of our business – the Sales team!
Being the first point of contact of the business and providing a professional tier 1 service, in this fast paced role you will:
- Understand all aspects of the business and retain detailed knowledge of the experiences we offer
- Sell our activities and assist guests in creating a day of fun
- Secure bookings from kids and adult parties to corporate and school groups
- Answer and return customer phone calls as well as respond to emails and enquiries made online in an efficient and timely manner
- Process payments and ensure all bookings are balanced
- Communicate with and follow up on any upcoming groups and parties to ensure they are organised for their event
- Check in and screen guests for their activities to ensure they meet the requirements of the activity
- Adhere to company processes and safety standards
- Enforce activity rules and restrictions prior to guest participation

- Effective time management with the ability to multitask
- Excellent computer and phone skills with solid knowledge and experience
- Comfortable answering the phone and have an ability to call control
- Previous sales experience with the ability to up and cross sell
- Sense of urgency whilst maintaining accuracy
- You take ownership and work on continuous improvement
- Available outside of regular business hours, on weekends and during peak periods
- Well-presented
