We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Investor Services Representative to join our collaborative Investor Services team.

What you’ll do

As one of the first points of contact for our members, financial advisers, funeral directors and dealer groups, you’ll provide exceptional customer service while supporting a range of operational activities, including:

  • Responding to member and adviser enquiries via phone, email and online channels
  • Processing investor transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting new business, switches, withdrawals and deceased estate administration
  • Building trusted relationships through professional, compassionate service
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve the customer experience

  • Experience in customer service, administration or a similar client-focused role

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Experience within financial services and RG146 qualifications will be highly regarded, but we’re equally interested in people with the right attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
