We are seeking a qualified and experienced Golf Sales & Events Executive to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of our championship golf course and delivering exceptional experiences for members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales and contracting of all golf related groups for Joondalup Resort, with a strong focus on 12+ players, corporate/charity golf days, and residential golfing groups.
- Responsible for the sales and contracting of golf related groups under the TenGolf Group banner, including corporate golf days and multiple course golf bookings.
- Manage the full sales process for golf events and group bookings, including pricing, contracting, and handover to operations
- Act as liaison between clients and internal departments (Golf Operations, Kitchen, Banquets) and TenGolf venues
- Ensure golf events are executed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Process all charges and ensure timely payments as per terms and conditions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the management team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in golf or hospitality sales
- Strong administration skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Understanding of golf operations, bookings, golf days, and event coordination (desirable)
- Experience with MiClub and event management software (desirable)
