RTO Regional Business Leader – Australian Training Plus

Lead with Purpose – Shape Strategy – Drive Impact

Joblink Plus is seeking two exceptional RTO leaders to join Australian Training Plus (AT Plus), with positions based in:

• Tamworth

• Hamilton

These are critical leadership roles responsible for driving performance, growth, and high-quality training delivery across key regional areas.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and impact

How you’ll make a difference

Leadership & Culture

• Lead and support Training Coordinators and support teams

• Build a strong, values-driven and accountable team culture

• Coach, mentor, and develop capability across your region

Strategy & Growth

• Set regional training direction and approve course offerings

• Align programs with workforce demand and community need

• Identify and deliver growth opportunities across locations

Operational & Financial Performance

• Oversee budgets, resourcing, and regional performance

• Ensure delivery is efficient, sustainable, and outcome focused

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong partnerships with employers, industry, and community

• Lead consultation to ensure training is relevant and in demand

• Act as a key leader across the Joblink Plus network

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure delivery meets all RTO, WHS, and regulatory standards

• Oversee risk, compliance, and quality across multiple sites

• Drive business growth, new programs, and community connections

You’ll bring

We are seeking strong, credible RTO leaders who can operate at both strategic and operational levels.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in an RTO, VET, or similar environment

• Strong understanding of compliance, funding, and quality frameworks

• Experience leading teams across multiple sites or regions

• Commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and performance

• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

• Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver practical outcomes

• Resilience and sound judgement in complex environments
