About Us

Joblink Plus is a for-purpose, not-for-profit organisation providing employment services and vocational training. We deliver to over 80 communities across rural and regional NSW, covering around 70% of the state, delivering Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Disability Employment Services and Employability Skills Training.

Our Service Model is delivered within the frameworks of Trauma Informed Practice, Ethical Behaviour and a commitment to Reconciliation. There is expectation that all those who engage with us will embrace our purpose and principles in their respective roles.

About You

We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated experience in employer and participant engagement, working in a fast-paced environment and supporting the delivery of high-quality services.

You possess the ability to build credible trusting relationships with key stakeholders to deliver the right choices.

Your insights and experience in Employment Services (or similar) will guide planning, strategic initiatives, and robust collaboration, ensuring Joblink Plus achieves its purpose and job seekers gain sustainable employment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Strategic Partnering: Assess local and regional market conditions, identify value-add products, services and business opportunities that support sustainable employment placements and outcomes.

• Participant Support: Work with participants to develop personalised plans, set long and short-term goals and identify and arrange specialised assistance as appropriate, to establish placement opportunities and achieve client employment outcomes.

• Employer Engagement: Conduct employer engagement activities to build and maintain employer and industry relationships to assist in achieving participant outcomes.

• Team Support: Assist in achieving site levels of excellence and maintaining effective communication that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

• Weekly Travel: Travel as required to multiple sites to support both staff and participants to ensure that all people we work with receive consistently high-quality service in line with Joblink Plus Purpose and Principles.
