Regional Administration Support Officer

Orange, NSW | Full‑time, Permanent

 

Joblink Plus is a not‑for‑profit organisation committed to supporting people and communities through employment, training, and workforce solutions. We are seeking an experienced Regional Administration Support Officer to provide high‑quality administrative support across Joblink Plus Central West NSW sites. This position is based in our Orange office and supports multiple regional locations.

About the Role

As the Regional Administration Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our regional sites by delivering efficient, accurate, and proactive administrative support. You will work closely with Leaders, Consultants and our participants acting as a central point of support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end‑to‑end administrative support across multiple regional sites
  • Answering phones, managing enquiries, and welcoming participants and visitors
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of participant and business records
  • Managing filing systems, scanning, and document control
  • Supporting compliance requirements and internal processes
  • Using Microsoft Office and internal systems to coordinate workflows

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has demonstrated experience in an administration or support role
  • Is highly organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicates clearly, professionally, and respectfully
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • Has experience supporting multiple stakeholders or sites (desirable)
