nationally recognised qualification.
About the Role
As an Administration Trainee with Joblink Plus, you will gain hands-on experience in a busy, professional office environment while being supported through formal training. This opportunity is ideal for a school leaver, career starter, or someone looking to re-enter the workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and welcoming clients and visitors
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Data entry and maintaining accurate client and business
records
- Filing, scanning, and document management
- Using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Learning organisational policies, procedures, and workplace
communication skills
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual, and keen to learn
- Has a friendly, professional approach
- Demonstrates good organisation and attention to detail
- Is comfortable using computers or willing to develop these
skills
- Communicates clearly and respectfully
No previous administration experience is required — full training, mentoring, and support will be provided.
