This position is a true business partnering role where you will partner with practice groups and business support services to provide invaluable advice and guidance to Partners and Managers. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle and ensure a positive experience for our Jackson McDonald employees.
To truly succeed you will have experience working as a HR practitioner at an advisory level and a tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline.
Additional requirements include:
- Proven experience in customer-focused HR service delivery across the entire employee life cycle;
- Proven ability to problem solve in a complex environment;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Demonstrated ability to build sustainable relationships across all levels of an organisation;
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and best practice;
- Proven ability to deal with sensitive issues with empathy and maintain strict confidentiality at all times;
- Demonstrated experience working in a high volume environment with the ability to juggle competing priorities;
- Enthusiastic and willing to take ownership and accountability for HR projects.
