We are a trusted supplier of intraocular lenses (IOLs), ophthalmic instruments, devices, and consumables used across ophthalmology in clinics and hospitals throughout Australia. Our warehouse is a regulated, high-accuracy environment where standards are not optional — they are essential to patient care.
We are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson who takes pride in structure, consistency, and professional accountability. This is a role for someone who values doing things properly, communicates respectfully, and remains composed and solution-focused in a busy operational environment.
About the role
This role requires a high level of accountability, consistency, and care in execution. You will be part of a team where standards are clearly defined, and everyone is expected to contribute to a calm, respectful, and reliable working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receive incoming stock and verify quantities, condition, and documentation
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with exceptional accuracy
- Manage inventory, cycle counts, and expiry dates using FIFO principles
- Maintain full traceability of batch-controlled and expiry-sensitive products
- Process returns and maintains accurate system records
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with couriers
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
- Collaborate professionally with Customer Service and Sales to resolve order queries
- Using inventory systems (experience with SAGE X3 highly regarded)
