An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Territory Manager/Sales Representative to join IQ Medical. Based in Melbourne, you will work collaboratively with another Territory Manager to provide exceptional coverage across the Victoria region.

Responsibilities

Adhering to workplace health and safety practices.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in your territory.
Work strategically to expand market share within the ophthalmology sector.
Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities and refine strategies for growth.
Build and strengthen relationships with key external stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and review annual territory business plans.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant data in the CRM system.

What You’ll Need

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and fostering strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work independently and thrive within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the Victoria region as required.
Experience in medical or ophthalmic sales is advantageous.
