We’re looking for a part-time (22.5 hours per week) experienced Finance Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. We will work with you to create a work schedule that offers flexibility around days and hours while ensuring business needs are met.

What you’ll be doing

As our Finance Officer, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the financial health of the business by:

  • Processing customer invoices, receipts and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing accounts payable, supplier reconciliations and payment runs.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Supporting month-end processes, financial reporting and audit activities.
  • Assisting with maintaining compliance across finance processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to provide exceptional internal service.
