About the Role
The HR Administrator plays a vital role in delivering reliable, efficient HR services at inTouch. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, this role supports recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR record management, documentation, and day-to-day administrative processes. By ensuring accurate data, timely coordination, and compliance with policies and legislation, the HR Administrator helps maintain strong HR operations and contributes to a positive and seamless employee experience across the organisation.
As HR Administrator your responsibilities include but is not limited to;
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support to the People & Culture team.
- Prepare employment-related documents, including contracts, variations, position descriptions, letters, and onboarding packs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
- Support HR reporting and data collation as needed.
- Manage HR inboxes, respond to basic queries, and escalate where required.
- Update HR systems, databases, and registers to ensure accurate information.
- Assist with recruitment administration: job postings, interview scheduling, documentation, and candidate communications.
- Complete pre-employment compliance checks (e.g., police checks, WWCC, VEVO) for staff, students, and volunteers.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new starters.
- Process employment changes, including extensions, variations, and credential updates.
- Support offboarding administration and system record updates.
- Assist with organising and scheduling internal and external training.
- Support compliance audits by ensuring employee, student, and volunteer documentation is current.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, initiatives, and communications.
- Assist with preparing presentations as required.

About You
To be successful in the role you will have;
Essential
- Experience in an administrative, HR assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HR systems.
Desirable
- Familiarity with SCHADS Award or similar industrial instruments.
- Experience working with NFP
