You will bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills to your work, ensuring Interchange Outer East is a warm and efficient first point of contact for all visitors, participants, and staff.This role would include: Managing all front desk and telephone reception functions efficiently and professionally. Greeting visitors, families, participants, and staff in a friendly and respectful manner. Answering and directing phone calls and responding to enquiries promptly. Processing payments accurately via cash, cheque, and EFTPOS, and supporting financial record keeping. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Providing administrative support across teams, including document preparation, photocopying and mailouts. Supporting the job-share receptionist during periods of leave to ensure continuity of service. Maintaining confidentiality, workplace safety, and compliance with relevant standards and frameworks.Interchange Outer East understand the importance of diversity and inclusion.
