Coordinator professional to join our commercial team.
This role offers a genuine pathway to develop
into a Product Manager or Account Manager for the right person.

Key
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Prepare customer quotations and pricing support for Account
Managers
- Manage email communication with local and international suppliers
- Assist with purchasing and supply chain coordination
- Monitor stock availability, lead times, and supplier deliveries
- Support Account Managers with product information and commercial
follow-up
- Coordinate samples, technical documents, and product information
- Assist with supplier enquiries and product sourcing opportunities
- Work with internal teams including customer service, warehouse,
regulatory, and sales
- Support forecasting and product planning activities
- Maintain accurate product and supplier records in internal systems
- Assist with new product opportunities and market research
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- A recent graduate in Science, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Food
Science, Business, Supply Chain, or similar
or
- Someone with early career experience in R&D, purchasing, supply
chain, product coordination, or technical support
You will also bring:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working with numbers, pricing, and product data
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good problem-solving ability
- Strong computer literacy
- Professional communication style
- Drive, curiosity, and ambition to grow
