Industry Engagement Manager – Transport and Logistics

Remuneration $130k – $150k plus superannuation, depending on experience
Industry Skills Australia (ISA) are seeking an exceptional Industry Engagement Manager to help shape vocational, education and training (VET) requirements for the Transport and Logistics Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with industry and our Strategic Workforce Planning Committees to develop Workforce Plans and activities through our program of work.
Develop strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the Transport and Logistics industry, government representatives, unions, regulators, and training providers
Work with stakeholders to collect intelligence, broker solutions, and promote the work of ISA Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation
Partner with the Research and Analytics Team to develop insights on the “future of work” Contribute to the development of advice for policymakers in the National Skills System.
Essential Requirements:
- To be successful in the role you will have:
- Strong experience within the Transport and Logistics sector
- Knowledge of the VET system and experience in workforce development
- Excellent communication, engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to analyse and interpret data and develop insights and recommendations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to navigate and work effectively in a complex operating environment.
