The Role:

We have an exciting position available for a customer-focused and outgoing Barista to represent Industry Beans in collaboration with the global leader for shared office workspace to make coffee for community members at our Sydney CBD sites. Industry Beans is operating a dedicated barista service for the community members in the multiple locations in the CBD. We are looking for a fun and friendly barista to represent Industry Beans, providing outstanding coffee in a highly communal environment.

This role provides the opportunity to benefit from:

o   A permanent Part-time or Casual role working 20 – 30 hours Monday to Friday, including one weekend shift

o   Working with an award-winning specialty coffee roaster with room to grow

o   Premium espresso machine, grinder and equipment

o   Ongoing support and guidance

o   The opportunity to attend cuppings, training & coffee education sessions

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

o   A passion for specialty coffee & hospitality

o   Exceptional barista skills (Latte art, troubleshooting, altering the grinder etc.)

o   A strong work ethic with a strong customer focus

o   Strong ability to work autonomously

o   A fun and positive demeanour

o   The ability to develop meaningful relationships with customers (Office Community Members), providing them with an exceptional coffee experience

o   The ability to work Monday to Friday, and one weekend shift
