Designed by the Industry Beans team, our third café in NSW, is a new concept for high volume specialty coffee takeaway bringing together state of the art coffee equipment and modern architecture and design.

About the Role

We’re looking for passionate Baristas to join our great team in delivering a premium coffee program and engaged customer experience at our new Castlereagh St. venue in Sydney. The right Barista will be experienced and passionate, with a strong work ethic and focus to deliver the ultimate customer experience. We are looking for Casual baristas, available to work 10 to 20 hours a week.

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
2 years’ experience working with specialty coffee
High quality barista skills (latte art, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
A strong work ethic with a customer focused attitude
A positive and professional demeanour
An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu and brand.
The ability to work minimum three days a week including weekends
