HTS Constructions is a project management and construction company specialising in remote and challenging works. We’re now looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our multi-disciplinary team delivering civil, structural and mechanical works in the Republic of Nauru.

About the role

As Site Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day site delivery, leading a mixed trades team of supervisors, trades and subcontractors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coordinating and motivating site teams to deliver works safely, on time and within budget
  • Championing WHSEQ compliance and reinforcing a strong safety culture on site
  • Planning daily work schedules and coordinating materials, plant and labour to maintain productivity
  • Monitoring progress against scope, schedule and cost, and reporting site status, risks and resourcing to the Project Manager
  • Overseeing quality assurance documentation and site reporting through company systems
  • Identifying and mitigating site-level risks across safety, schedule, quality and cost

About you

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor in construction or mining, with demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong working knowledge of civil, structural and mechanical construction processes, standards and best practice
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, you set the tone on site
  • An uncompromising commitment to safety and quality
  • Current Driver’s Licence, White Card, and First Aid/CPR qualification
  • Supervisor or leadership qualifications highly regarded

Eligibility

Due to the international location of this role, full Australian working rights are required with a valid passport and be eligible and willing to travel internationally. visa sponsorship is not available. A pre-employment medical and National Police Check are mandatory.
