The Position
The People, Culture and Office Administrator provides
administrative support across the People and Culture function and general
day-to-day office operations, contributing to the efficient delivery of P&C
services and organisational support.
Reporting to the P&C Business Partner, you will
support our people processes across the employment lifecycle, including
recruitment, onboarding, HRIS administration, development and offboarding.
As a member of the P&C team, you will be integral
to delivering a positive employee experience through timely, confidential and
efficient administrative support.
The annual Salary for this role is $75,000 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging. This role could be part-time (4 days) for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support across the
employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, training
coordination and offboarding
-Provide administrative support across P&C
documentation, reporting, compliance, performance review processes, system
improvements and HRIS-related initiatives.
-Maintain accurate and confidential P&C
records, support HRIS workflows and assist with payroll administration as
required.
-Provide office administration support across all
HousingFirst office locations, including supplies and equipment management,
workplace coordination and support for events and hospitality.
As our ideal candidate you will have:
-Desire to be part of a values driven and
community focussed organisation
-Proven administrative
and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities effectively
-Demonstrated
experience in a similar P&C administrative or support role, preferably with
at least 12 months’ relevant experience.
-Knowledge and
experience of working with HRIS (preferably Employment Hero) highly regarded
-Organised and strong attention to detail
-Self starter and good communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint)
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
