About the Role
As a Warehouse Forklift Operator & Pick Packers, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well-organised facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Pick Packer:
- Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C)
- Tugger Picking
- Ensuring all packed orders meet quality standards prior to staging for dispatch
- Working closely with the picking team to maintain a smooth, efficient pack line and meet daily throughput targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe packing station at all times
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Receiving and processing incoming stock
- Working to daily KPIs while maintaining quality standards
Forklift Operators:
- Work across temperature-controlled environments (-23 C to 25°C)
- Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks (inbound and outbound)
- Putaways, replenishment, and stock movements
- Supporting stocktakes, quality checks, and inventory accuracy
- Checking goods for damage and reporting any variances
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Working closely with the team to maintain workflow and meet targets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (but not essential)
- Strong tugger picking experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Forklift licence (LF) advantageous but not required
