Home Delivery Service (HDS) – Jandakot Depot, WA

Full Time | Monday to Friday | Min. 38 Hrs p/w | Approx. 3:00pm–11:00pm

HDS is one of Australia’s fastest-growing cold storage logistics providers, servicing major clients across home delivery, petrol station replenishment, and retail supply chains. Our Jandakot depot operates around the clock to meet the demands of our client base, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Night Shift Supervisor to lead our evening operations team.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to depot management, you’ll take ownership of the night shift, overseeing the load out of client runs to ensure deliveries leave accurately, on time, and in line with client expectations. This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires strong organisational skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and a commitment to maintaining a positive depot culture on shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the night shift team across all load out activities, ensuring client runs are completed accurately and on time
  • Ensure all outbound loads are accurate, complete, and dispatched on time in line with client and operational requirements
  • Organise and direct team members throughout the shift, providing clear guidance and maintaining strong team culture
  • Use HDS and WMS systems to manage and monitor shift activities, load accuracy, and operational reporting
  • Liaise effectively with day shift management to ensure a smooth handover and consistent communication across shifts
  • Uphold and enforce WHS and food safety standards across the shift

You’ll Bring:

  • Previous supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and direct a team under time pressure
  • A natural people leader who can build team culture, provide clear direction, and hold people accountable
  • Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS) and picking up new systems quickly
  • Current forklift licence with high reach and counterbalance experience is highly regarded
  • Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working evening shifts in a cold storage environment
