Home Delivery Service (HDS) is recruiting experienced LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) Operators to join our new Eastern Creek Distribution Centre. We’re looking for operators who enjoy a fast paced environment, work safely and accurately, and consistently achieve productivity targets.

About the Role:

As an LLOP Operator, you’ll use low level order picking equipment and RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) equipment safely at all times
  • Pick customer orders using RF scanners
  • Meet productivity and accuracy targets
  • Perform repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
  • Work across Ambient, Chiller, or Freezer areas where required
  • Follow all WHS and food safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) experience
  • RF scanning experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
