Home Delivery Services (HDS) is launching our brand-new Eastern Creek Distribution Centre and we’re looking for experienced warehouse professionals to join our Inbound and Dispatch teams.

About the Role: These are critical roles that keep our operation moving— from receiving stock into the warehouse through to preparing customer orders for transport. Successful applicants will be placed into either the Inbound or Dispatch team based on their skills, experience and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Team:

  • Responsible for receiving, checking and accurately processing stock into the warehouse
  • Receive and check inbound deliveries
  • Unload pallets, cages and freight safely
  • RF scan and process stock movements
  • Support putaway and replenishment
  • Maintain inventory accuracy

Dispatch Team

  • The final link between the Distribution Centre and our transport network, ensuring freight leaves accurately and on time
  • Consolidate customer orders
  • Wrap pallets ready for transport
  • Move cages and crates into staging lane
  • Complete final quality and accuracy checks
  • Prepare freight for transport handover

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse, inbound or dispatch experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience using RF scanners is highly regarded
  • Reliable, safety focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment
