HDS is expanding and we’re recruiting experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our brand-new Eastern Creek Distribution Centre. About the Role:

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you’ll be responsible for replenishment, putaway, and stock movements across the warehouse. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our picking teams have stock available while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently, including double deep racking configurations
  • Complete replenishment and putaway tasks to ensure picking teams have stock available at all times
  • Move stock accurately within the warehouse and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process and record stock movements
  • Work across Ambient, Chiller, and Freezer areas where required
  • Follow all food safety and WHS procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current LF Forklift Licence
  • Previous double deep high reach forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution centre
  • Confidence working at height
  • Experience with replenishment and putaway
  • RF scanning experience
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
