Senior Inventory & Logistics Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a hands on Senior Inventory & Logistics Lead to take end to end ownership of inventory control, domestic logistics operations, third-party cold store coordination and customer delivery execution. Reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain APAC, this standalone role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy, service reliability and freight performance across our domestic supply chain. You’ll work closely with Planning, Production, Sales Support, transport providers and cold storage partners to deliver seamless operations and continuous improvement. As both a strategic thinker and operational executor, you’ll play a key role in supporting business growth and supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inventory accuracy, reconciliations, stocktakes, variance investigations and reporting across third party cold stores.
- Coordinate domestic freight planning, dispatch schedules, carrier bookings and delivery execution.
- Manage operational relationships with cold store and freight providers to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor supply chain performance, develop KPI reporting and identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead issue resolution, stakeholder communication and process improvements across inventory and logistics functions.

You are an experienced inventory and logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. Highly organised and commercially minded, you bring strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders, influencing outcomes and driving accountability. Equally comfortable in the detail and the bigger picture, you take ownership and pride in delivering operational excellence.
You Will Bring
- Demonstrated experience in inventory, warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations, ideally within FMCG, food production, manufacturing or cold chain environments.
- Strong inventory control expertise, including stock reconciliation, stocktakes, cycle counts and variance management.
- Experience managing stock accuracy through third-party warehousing or cold store providers.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capability, with strong attention to detail and data discipline.
- Understanding of domestic freight coordination, dispatch operations and inventory movement processes.
