HealthWISE is mobilising a new workforce within a short window and we are looking for a Project Coordinator who knows how to deliver at pace. This fixed‑term role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a high‑volume recruitment and onboarding program, bringing together workforce planning, recruitment operations, compliance checks, training logistics and site readiness to ensure new staff are ready, supported and confident from day one.

You’ll join a purpose‑driven organisation known for working collaboratively, supporting flexible ways of working, and delivering programs that matter across regional and rural NSW and QLD.
