Location: Hybrid role – a combination of on-site work across our London-based clinics and remote working for academic days.
Salary: Base salary dependent on experience, starting at £35k FTE + commission

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Medical Aesthetic Practitioner to join our growing team across multiple central London clinic locations. This one-year Foundation Year post offers a unique blend of clinical practice and academic involvement, making it ideal for newly qualified Level 7 practitioners, particularly those already familiar with our systems and protocols.
As a Foundation Year Practitioner, you will work closely with our experienced clinical and academic teams to deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments and support our learner community. This role is well-suited to individuals who are passionate about both aesthetic medicine and medical education, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are committed to providing safe, ethical, and exceptional patient care.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for The Academy Clinic and Harley Academy (this may include participating in our social media campaigns and footage)
- Keep patient safety and satisfaction at the heart of your practice
– Deliver a superb clinic service
– Complete authentic, accurate and full documentation of all patient contact
- Assist with complications, complaints, and concern management with patients (escalating where appropriate)
- You will spend one day each week focused on academic responsibilities, with the flexibility to complete this work remotely
- Approximately 50% of the role will be dedicated to supporting the academic part of the business, including assisting the Assessment Team with learner submissions, essay marking, academic projects and maintaining high standards in educational delivery and compliance

- Peri-oral toxin (gummy smile and lip flip)
- Lower face toxin (masseters, DAO, chin)
- Platysma toxin
- Filler treatments (excluding non-surgical rhinoplasty, upper orbit, forehead and glabella treatments)
- Profhilo & Profhilo Structura
- Polynucleotides
- Reviews / Complications management
- Skin analysis and care plans
Additional training may be provided if needed. The ideal candidate can independently perform and has experience offering the majority of these treatments.
Skills and Experience:
- Has safety and quality outcomes at the heart of all decision making ● Works within the Code of Conduct of relevant professional body
- Participates in continuing professional development activity to maintain high standards of education
- Maintains GMC/NMC/GDC Full Licence to Practise (or equivalent professional body) and is up to date with appraisal and revalidation
- Be a registered prescriber
- Possesses a Harley Academy Level 7 Qualification in Injectables and Cosmetic Dermatology
- Possesses a Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement or will be working towards gaining qualification as part of the role
- Right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visa applications) ● Ability to work independently and within teams
