We are seeking for a dedicated Transition Analysts to support the implementation of our next-generation software solutions, including PHI Core, Communications Management, Integration, and Identity and Access Management. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Transition Lead to guide customers through their transition journey, providing timely, accurate, and high-quality support and advice. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth adoption of HAMBS services, enhancing the customer experience, and optimising their transition. Reporting to the Application Support Manager, this position offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide transition support for customers, including advice, change management, and technical configuration.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships and understanding customer needs during transitions.
  • Assist in customer assessment workshops and tailor transition strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful transition delivery and effective customer training.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and gather post-implementation feedback to improve transition processes.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HAMBS services and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Drive allocated project activities to completion with minimum supervision.

About You

  • Highly desirable: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or customer support, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record supporting complex software transitions, particularly with significant version changes.
  • Familiar with software development lifecycles and methodologies, such as Agile.
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members, demonstrating empathy and active listening.
