The Opportunity
We’re seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our Project Marketing Team, if you are a motivated individual or can juggle many projects in a fast paced environment – then we want to hear from you! This is a rare opportunity to work across multiple project developments and stamp your mark on this diverse role.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Multiple Projects – Manage various marketing initiatives simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Develop Creative Content – Assist in crafting engaging marketing materials that balance creativity with strategic brand messaging
- Support Campaign Execution – Help implement comprehensive marketing campaigns from conception to analysis
- Maintain Digital Presence – Contribute to website updates, social media management, and online content scheduling
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work seamlessly with different teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader company goals
- Analyse Campaign Performance – Assist in gathering and interpreting data to measure marketing effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Organise Marketing Events – Help coordinate promotional events, webinars, or trade shows that showcase our brand
- Research Market Trends – Stay informed about industry developments to help position our offerings effectively
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in marketing – preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of design and marketing principles
- Experience with Wordpress or willingness to learn
- Excellent social media management skills
- Strong copywriting abilities for various platforms
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to handle multiple briefs and meet tight deadlines
- Eye for detail and consistency in execution
- Intermediate to advanced Wordpress skills
- Videography and editing skills (desirable but not essential)
