Due to the significant volume of design assets our marketing team produces, we are expanding our team and looking for an additional talented Graphic Designer to join us at our Nundah Head Office.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand presence across both corporate communications and project marketing campaigns. Working alongside the Brand team and Project Marketing Executives, you’ll help bring bold creative ideas to life through the development and execution of high-quality visual assets that engage, inspire, and deliver impact.

Collaborating closely with our existing Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the evolution of innovative design concepts, ensuring every touchpoint reflects a cohesive, premium, and forward-thinking brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide creative execution for campaigns across digital, social, print, short-form video, and outdoor channels
  • Design and produce brochures, floorplans, EDMs, website banners, and advertising materials
  • Repurpose existing design assets into highly engaging video content for organic and paid social channels
  • Ensure all materials align perfectly with GVG’s brand guidelines, values, and project-specific strategies
  • Prepare press-ready artwork and coordinate smoothly with external suppliers, such as printers and media agencies
  • Manage version control and maintain our central library of design assets
  • Make ongoing updates to the GVG website using WordPress

About You

You enjoy working in a  dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role you will bring strong design expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across a number of projects. You are highly collaborative, passionate, and design-driven, with a strong commitment to elevating creative output and contributing meaningfully within a team environment.

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a design role, backed by a tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Figma, and Canva
  • Digital & Video: Strong digital layout skills and the ability to edit and adapt video for social media (considered a highly valuable secondary skill)
  • Web Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress for website maintenance
  • Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of accessibility standards, including legibility, colour contrast, and font selection
