Description

Global X Sydney is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager – B2B / Adviser to drive growth and engagement across our professional client segments including financial advisers, stockbrokers, and institutional investors.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the development and delivery of the professional marketing strategy – translating it into high-impact campaigns, events and partnerships that drive measurable commercial outcomes.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring marketing activity is aligned to business priorities and delivers tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the professional segment marketing strategy, working closely with Marketing and Sales leadership

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, adviser events and partnership activations

Drive demand generation, including lead generation, segmentation and campaign execution across key channels

Partner with Sales to align marketing initiatives to pipeline development, client engagement and conversion

Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, timelines, briefing and coordination across internal teams

Track and report on campaign performance, optimising activity to improve engagement, lead quality and outcomes

Lead and develop an Events Coordinator, providing direction on campaign execution, event logistics, and quality control

About You

8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, ETFs or funds management

Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field

Strong understanding of adviser, broker and institutional client segments

Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results

Experience working closely with Sales teams in a commercially driven environment

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot)

Experience planning and executing events, sponsorships, roundtables and roadshows

You’ll be a commercially minded marketer who can translate strategy into execution and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
